- Eskort Chopped Ham Roll cut into cubes of 2 cm
- 2C Corn
- 1 chopped Onion
- 3T oil
- 2Tflour
- 1 ½ C Hot Milk
- 3C chicken stock (1T of stock powder dissolved into 1 ½ C of water)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ C Chopped parsley
- 2T Pinch Smoked paprika
- Add the oil to the saucepan and fry the onions until soft for 5 minutes.
- Add the corn and fry for 5 minutes over a high heat.
- Lower the heat and add the flour into the pan and stir.
- Add the chicken stock slowly into the pot while stirring and mix until smooth.
- Put the mixture into a blender and blend the mixture while gradually adding the hot milk until a runny consistency is reached.
- Move the soup back into the pot to keep hot and add the cubed ham and mix well
- Serve the soup and garnish with the parsley and paprika.
- Serve with your favourite spicy something, something. We used chili and red onion salsa.
